Forest Glenn Tree Care believes the health and safety of our customers and employees is of the utmost importance. We would like to assure our customers we are continually monitoring information and guidelines around the COVID-19 virus and prevention. We continue to adapt our policies and procedures to adhere to government recommendations regarding COVID-19, while maintaining excellence in customer service.

Since we work outside, we are at low risk of spreading COVID-19. We can distance ourselves from our clients and each other during our normal course of work. We have instituted all the recommended protocols and social distancing standards set out by the government, and enhanced these with our own additional measures as follows:

• We have equipped ALL work vehicles with hand sanitizer and sanitizing wipes which our employees are using regularly throughout the day.
• Our employees have been re-educated on proper hand washing procedures.
• Employees are being encouraged to maintain social distancing and proper hygiene outside of work and encouraged to extend this to their families as well.
• Customers will be contacted via phone or email rather than at the door, to provide social distancing.

These policies will be constantly reassessed to ensure we are doing everything possible to protect the health and safety of our customers and employees. We will continue to adjust our policies and adhere to the Government’s recommendations during this time.
